Services Description

Next IT Point provides SAP implementation, consulting, support, training, AI solutions, SFA (Sales Force Automation), and DevOps services to businesses and organizations.

User Responsibilities

Service Availability

Payment Terms

Payment terms for services will be specified in individual service agreements or proposals. All fees are due according to the agreed-upon schedule. Late payments may result in service suspension or additional charges.

Confidentiality

We understand the sensitive nature of business information. We maintain strict confidentiality of all client data and information shared during our service engagement, as outlined in our Privacy Policy and specific service agreements.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Next IT Point shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service that gave rise to the claim.

Service Level Agreements

Specific service level commitments, response times, and performance metrics will be defined in individual service agreements based on the scope and nature of services requested.

Termination

Either party may terminate service agreements according to the terms specified in individual contracts. Upon termination, all obligations regarding confidentiality and intellectual property will survive.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through good faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
